Naming conventions
All letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9) are allowed; hyphens (-) are also allowed, however not at the beginning or at the end of the domain name. A domain name should be between 3 and 63 characters long.
.pt domain names transfers to UniNames are possible. The transfer itself is free, but is considered as a new registration; therefore a 1-year fee will be charged (or more years on request).
Exactly 1 year after you have transferred your domain name, it will expire. Keep in mind that any remaining registration time at your former agent will be lost.

Updates can be done by any UniNames account having edit permissions on the domain name.
The billing contact of the domain name will automatically receive an invoice to renew the domain name. If the invoice is paid before the domain name expires, the domain name will be renewed.

The domain name will be automatically cancelled when its payments is 30 days overdue. The domain name will be archived. To reactivate this domain name you will have to request this name again.
